serve.dev is working but serve.pro console launch an exception

When i launch serve.pro I get the following:

System is not defined. init.js Line 1

It is solved using gulp-htmlmin instead of gulp-minify-html that is deprecated.

serve.dev and serve.prod work fine in Chome. serve.dev work fine in Safari. But serve.prod don't work in Safari:

I have the following error:

1º System is not defined.
2º [Error] TypeError: Attempting to change configurable attribute of unconfigurable property.
