Get device-owner from Dhizuku

Dhizuku is an app that can trigger device-owner operations via a API from any app that requests it (c.f. https://github.com/iamr0s/Dhizuku/?tab=readme-ov-file#for-developer)

So for example, I can have Hail (https://github.com/aistra0528/Hail/blob/master/README_EN.md) along with Sentry and any other app, Dhizuku can share the permissions with any of them.

Would you implement a connection to Dhizuku via its API?

I can't say about Dhizuku right now, have to read, but next version will use exactly the same pattern. Device Owner will be separated. If Dhizuku can do all required things that Sentry, Duress, Wasted need than why not.

Dhizuku is exactly what your README indicates as a plan:

The Device Policy features will become a standalone app acting as the Device Owner core, and the other apps will request the required functionality from it.

it is the DO core you're mentioning

DEVICE_ADMIN - limit the maximum number of failed password attempts

I believe this only works after first-unlock. When using DO, this should work also before first-unlock, e.g. right after a reboot.

When using builtin Android API to limit password attempts it has to work at BFU, even in Safe Mode (when you see a pop-up X attempts left). And if Dhizuku is working in BFU, that is the question I have to look into
