What problem are you trying to solve with Submitty
Add a second search bar in the page we've created for assigning gradeable configurations that allows the user to search by tag.
Describe the way you'd like to solve this problem
A second search bar needs to be added. We'll need to work with the backend team to figure out what API calls to use for displaying the tag search results.
Additional context
Should be very similar to the title search bar.
