automatically register sections instead of having to explicitly declare them in a `section_registry`

We are making frequent use of custom section names, but we need to explicitly declare them in the section_registry.

We should have primrose automatically detect and register sections based on indentation in the yaml file. It seems like explicit declaration of sections should only be needed for section_run.
