Permissions when copying form

I gave permissions to Danielle for creating forms and she copied the Rockefeller Photographs form to use for Rahall Photographs. But the copied form, did not appear in her list of forms until I went in and granted them to her.

When someone has permission to create forms, they should also automatically be granted permissions for new forms that they create by copying.

What if you create a form for someone should shouldn't have access to enter data on or view? (Such as congressional papers that have to stay "dark")

Permissions are usually restrictive until told otherwise.
