environment.yml doesn't work

conda env create -f environment.yml

gets this error:

Solving environment: failed

ResolvePackageNotFound:

• blast=2.5.0
• anndata=0.7.5
• scikit-bio=0.5.6
• cudatoolkit=10.2
• muscle=3.8.1551
• louvain=0.7.0

I've tried many ways to manually install the dependencies but all failed.

Can we have an update of the dependency installation?

Some of these packages don't exist on Windows/Mac conda channels, try on a Linux machine.
