Dear Martin,
First, thank you for revising the program. I am playing with the latest version of TMTProC.
By the way, could you please let me know the description/annotation of columns in the example file? For example, in "example_maxquant_output_intermediate.csv" file, there are several columns shown as "aYnmin1Pmin1 Sn, bYnmin1P0 Sn, cYnmin1Pplus1 Sn, ..., and mPrecmin1 Sn, nPrec0 Sn, oPrecplus1 Sn, pPrecplus2 Sn, ...". I guess they represent isotopic peaks of complement ions, but would appreciate it if you could give me a clear explanation about them.
In addition, the example file looks like being generated from "TGR_09403". However, it is not available in the PRIDE repository. May I have access to the raw data "TGR_09403"?
Best,
Ji-Hoon
