Input file for TMTproc_masterscript.m

I have downloaded all files and tried to run TMTProc_masterscript.m. However, it produced an error with an input file "scan_11131.xlsx". Could you please revise the .m file, provide the input file (scan_11131.xlsx), or let us know which file can be used?

Dear Ji-Hoon, Thank you very much for your interest in the TMTProc code. My student is currently working on cleaning up the code with a focus on making it easier to use. We hope to upload the cleaned up version to github within the next one to two weeks. Best wishes, Martin
