Hi, I would love to use the windows version of the project but i Got issue

Error: Failed to load /etc/resolv.conf: open /etc/resolv.conf: The system cannot find the path specified.

Is it possible to do this from the command line in windows? I've found be creating a C:\etc\resolv.conf that spf.exe works however I would prefer for it to read the resolv.conf from the directory the exe is in.
