Widget | ToDo list - enter key support while adding items

Short Description

It is annoying when you add multiple items to the TODO list widget that when you hit enter key instead of adding new item to the list it is closing the dialog.

Acceptance Criteria

• Admin can use Enter key while adding items to ToDo list widget
• When adding todo list item text after using Enter key - item is added to the list and cursor is set in input field ready to enter next item

Please also check if we have the same situation in other widgets eg. todo list, link list, random picker, jira buckets etc
