Analytics Dashboard observes OOM behaviours

Description:

Observing OOM behaviours in the dashboard node in APIM Analytics 3.0.0 version. We have added persisted aggregation read only true property for widgets and report generation siddhi application in the 3.2.0 version as a solution for OOM behaviours in dashboard nodes.
This fix should be back-ported to the 3.0.0 version.
