Description:
The email alerts are working fine with the default values, but once the business rule is modified, the email alerts are no longer getting triggered.

Affected Product Version:
3.2.0

Steps to reproduce:

  • Configure APIM with Analytics.
  • Enable alerts.
  • Configure sender email alerts.
  • Subscribe to alerts.
  • Update the Frequent Tier Limit Hitting Alert from the business rules dashboard (ex: No of Tier Crossing to 3).
  • Save and deploy the rule.
    Observe that the alert is not getting triggered after the condition is satisfied (requests getting throttled out more than 3 times in above case).
