Loading the Analytics dashboard in first time the data retriving in wrong granulity level.

Description:
When loading the Analytics dashboard for 1st time, even though it select the date level granularity, it retrieves the data from months’ tables"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Setup APIM-3.2.0 with APIM-Analytics-3.2.0.
2. Start worker, APIM, and dashboard components respectively.
3. Log in to the Analytics dashboard page.
4. Even though the date picker selected the day's granularity, from the widgets, it retrieves the data from month-level aggregation tables.
