customizer button can't be hidden

Great plugin, just a pity that you do not update or maintain it anymore ( 11 months since last update ).
Is thi plugin mothballed ?

We can never hide the "customizer" button with your plugin ( plus some other minor issues, see the unanswered issues queue on your plugin ).

I am surely willing to pay for a PRO version if you are willing to update and improve it further.
