Screen Cast wont work/run/record on my samsung device #108

Device rooted (yes/no) : No
Device OS version (1.5/1.6/2.0,...) : 4.4.2
Computer OS and version (Mac,Win,Linux,...) : N/A
Java version (java -version from command line) : N/A
ADB version (adb version from command line) :
AndroidScreencast version : NA
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.downloaded screen cast app on Google Play Store
2. power cycle phone (restart)
3. Run screen cast app in recording videos on screen
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error popped up . unfortunately, activities not recorded.
