Default Sort for Modules

Sometimes the install doesn't sort the modules at the end, I'd like to add an option for a default sort based on the modules file we used to do the install

This is what I see on a failed modules sort, "retry" results in the same. Would still like a dedicated button to resort this on the modules page.
