What happened?
I have downloaded the GLD surveys from datalibweb. I have looked at the subnational identifiers (subnatid1 subnatid2 subnatid3 subnatidsurvey) and there are a lot of inconsistencies that are problematic for the data. For example, Brazil has some observations with missing subnatid1 but filled subnatid2 and weird coding for subnatid3. Subnatidsurvey is very inconsistent.
The same problem exists for Colombia.
