❗ Automatically deploy Netlify sites when a changeset publish has been done

Description

The output of the changeset publish action has a flag that says if a deployment occured. If it has, we should automatically deploy the 2 websites

Outputs
published - A boolean value to indicate whether a publishing is happened or not

Ideally, Netlify would ignore changeset branches also
