[Bug]: Textarea's scrollbar overlaps with the component's border/outline.

What happened?

When there is a multiline text entered into the text area component, the scrollbar appear on top of the border of the text area, overlapping it. This is due to rounded corners for the component and more noticeable in focused mode.

The fix for this issue would generate a breaking change. This will be fixed in Hopper, we will refrain from fixing this as a breaking change is not something we'd like to introduce.
