When uploading a file a sucessful message with "Retry" appears

Description

When uploading a file inside "Media" for a self-hosted site, a successful message is shown, but after going back, there's another successful message with a "Retry" action. I don0t think that second message should be shown.

Note: this is happening before the WordPress-rs migration

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to Media
2. Upload a file
3. Wait until the file is uploaded
4. Hit back
5. See the confising message
