.php file customations in folder templates/woocommerce does not work

Hi,
I tried to add content-single-product.php file in the custom/templates/woocommerce folder and it does not work. So the full path is /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/theme-customisations-master/custom/templates/woocommerce/content-single-product.php
I have tried every permeation and it does not work. Please assist

name the folder theme-customisations and specify your functions inside of functions.php. You must also activate the plugin once it exists.

Thanks @asheroto however you are not understanding what I am trying to do...
I am trying to edit one of the woocommerce template files, which should typically be inserted in the /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/theme-customisations-master/custom/templates/ folder. I have no issue with inserting custom code into the functions.php file.
