Issue with Theme "Themify Ultra"

Hello :)

I am using the Themify Ultra Theme.

If the theme customisations plugin is activated, there are some issues:

• half of the Header has transparent overlay (see Picture)
• It is not possible to "Turn on builder", which is necessary to modify the pages/design

Is it possible to check this issue?
