config.json for LizGoban is in the wrong place

LizGoban starts with an error an no config values.

This is because the config.json in the main folder has the right values, but LizGoban take the config.json from "resources/external/config.json" which has standard values, I think.

After copy the json from main folder to the "resources/external/" folder, it works.
