Improve the WOLips repository landing page

Who did this? The current WOLips repository landing page looks like a 12 year old did it. In fact, a 12 year old could do a better job ;)

But seriously, I don't pretend to be a web designer. It would be great if we had a static js free professional looking page with screen shots using the current repository url demonstrating how to install WOLips5.
