Enterprise features not enabled?

I have just tried to enable Azure AD integration using this docker container and, despite following the very simple instructions here:
https://mailpiler.com/using-azure-ad-single-sign-on-sso/

the option to log in using Azure AD is not available at the login screen:

I assume Enterpise features will not be coming to this docker build, right?
