hi
i found your code very useful but it seems that there 's an error in line 70. It must be np.where(m2 == 0) and not np.where(m2 == 1) because in your case you're ignoring the velocity of an agent whose neighborhood is equal to one and you' re replacing it by it's own velocity in line 72, or i'm misunderstanding something
