6. As a user, I'd like a way to contact the administrators (stretch goal?)

- Providing a Contact Form/Submission Capabilities (stretch goal?)
    - Scale of website can always grow.
    - Contact/Submission tools are dependent on traffic/requests, and our own schedules.
    - Think about how to approve comments while filtering out trolls.
    - Should email/contact go directly to our personal emails, or should site-specific domain be set up?
