Polyline not redrawing correctly when panning

It seems that with 4.0 there are changes in how the annotation is placed in the mapview. When panning the mapview, the polyline-
annotation-view-center is not moved together with the moving mapview, so the polylines are clipped at the former boundaries. Any ideas on how to fix that?

(I know that in 4.0 there are the new Overlays, but I want to keep supporting "3.1 overlays" in my app).

They're extemely easy to do, in our app we did nvpolyline for os 3.1x and the MKPolylines from apple for 4.0 but the issue is untill the iPad gets 4.0 this same bug happens on 3.2x

You can use my forked codebase starting from 3.x versions.
