Playlist: Add a marker to highlight playlist items #166
Description
Add a marker that can be easily toggled on/off.
The marker highlights certain playlist items.
This way a user can highlight items for pre-loading in a playdeck or highlight an item so liveshare users can see what item is being discussed.
- Add a Marker column in playlists
- Save Marker to disk
- Transmit marker through LiveShare
