Syntax highlight inconsistency in package definition

I found this syntax highlighting inconsistency, and I don't know if it comes from the scheme files or the tree-sitter grammar files. So, I want to raise an issue here to check if it comes from the extension, and if not, raise an issue in the tree-sitter repo.

There is no highlighting of the name in the end statement when defining specs.

But there is when defining the body.
