Contact detail page

For each contact there is the need for a detail page providing additional information about the contact.
How long was the contact?
When was the person sick?
Where was the person?
Show all data points in a table

I would only create a short profile of the user. The following data would have to be created here:

• Gender
• Age
• Pre-existing conditions (ideally list of risk factors)
• Housing situation (alone, in a shared flat, with a partner, with children, preferably the number of persons in the household)
• possibly work situation (but could also be shifted to the diary) - i.e. daily reporting of the current situation

I would shift the remaining points to the diary.
