Import or enter historic data #22
Description
Even ifwe can not connect to personal history movements (google or whatever) data, we should allow to submit historic positional information:
Then we can even for old cases get more detail about potential infection cases, this may help RKI to extract empirical data for research.
We could also allow the user to import from file formats we can parse for historic positional data - so the user can download his own tracking data from google, fitness tracker or running app or whatever and import it locally first - and it is uploaded to the server in case of infection - or uploaded to the server of rki by user action for researxh of virus infection details.
