All commands should install manpages so that `--help` works as with normal git commands

It would increase ergonomics and improve integration if commands behaved as closely to git porcelain commands as possible. Ideally a manpage would exist for each command these extensions provide so that `--help` on a command provides guidance.

This would help discoverability as well. I may make a PR for this when I have some time.
