Why legal hold is getting activated on ios app when we didn't opt for legal hold feature

Recently we rebuilt the wire server with recent wire server deployment but didn't upgrade our apps, our mobile apps are 4+ years old.

When building wire server, we didn't opt for the legal hold feature, and we noticed strange problem with ios and web app.

When making conversations between ios and webapp, in the ios we are getting THIS CONVERSATION IS UNDER LEGAL HOLD.

This is not happening on webapp or android. Only happening when sending messages from webapp to ios.

Why it is happening when we didn't opt for legal hold at all. Here are my wire deployment values values.yaml
