Adding a button to trigger the panel.

Currently, WireSpy relies entirely on keyboard shortcuts to open the debug panel.
On some browsers / OS combinations, these shortcuts conflict or don’t register.

I’d love to add an optional on-screen button (similar to Laravel Debugbar)
that can toggle the panel open/closed.

Maybe adding to the config file so that this is optional?

Happy to implement this if maintainers are open to it.
