Tailwind preflight give inconsistently with default backend theme #49
Description
With Tailwind preflight :
- Headings are unstyled
- Lists are unstyled
It result in an inconsistently between default theme and this one.

Every time I create a backend controller that is not a list or a form (plugin summary, specific actions, etc.), I have to redefine the minimum styles for the content of the pages associated with the controllers.
I think that this plugin should redefine the margins, padding and styles of titles, bulleted lists and certain basic elements to maintain a certain similarity with the rendering of the default theme.
