Error sending contact form

Hi, this is my first post here.
On several sites I have implemented sending contact forms without any problem. However, on a site that I have just implemented, it gives me the following error when I click submit:
Uncaught TypeError: $.oc is undefined
The only difference about this site is that it is over https (the previous ones do not have a security certificate). I have already looked for the origin of the error and the reality is that I don't know where the problem is. I will appreciate any help that can lead me to the solution.

Do you have a link to the site? Sounds like framework.js isn't being loaded or is being loaded in the wrong order.
