Changing polling options

I need to change in constructor the polling options - I want to add params.allowed_updates.

... TelegramBot(token, {
        polling : {
            interval: this.pollInterval,
            autoStart: true,
            params: {
                allowed_updates: JSON.stringify(["message_reaction", ...]),
            }
        }
    }
);

How can I do this?
What are the ideas (without modifying the original code)?

The best solution is for the telegram event node to handle these events: message_reaction and message_reaction_count.
