Pinch Zoom not working

Touch / pinch zooming throws an error: 'Uncaught ReferenceError: domElement is not defined at t.default._handleUpdateDollyTrackTouch'

Oof - this codebase has gotten old. I'm afraid I no longer have the time to maintain it, though I would be happy to review and merge any pull requests.
