Add support of GPU acceleration via opencl for videocore 4

Very high cpu usage now and result in mcu lost connection on my raspberry pi 3b. Is it possible to add gpu acceleration function via opencl.There is opencl support for videocore 4 right?

And also convert high resolution image to low resolution before processing.

Seems no opencl support？
