Information on intensity_data.csv #80
Description
I am trying to run the fragment ion intensity prediction with my own data. Here i am trying to understand how the dataset "intensity_data.csv" is constructed, so that i can recreate it with my own dataset.
I am confused about how the intensity column is put together, and i am having a hard time finding knowledge about the dataset.
Can you guys help me with some insight into this?
