Not saving ph-config.json properly.

Hi there,

saveConfig saves the file to the base application path, whereas the config is loaded from the npm library package.

For example, reads from:
/node_modules/mini-ph/ph-config.json

And writes to:
/ph-config.json

[wilberforce]

Any ideas on the best way to solve this - appears to be an issue of relative paths
