Using tab to reach the X button for the to-do section does not cause the X to show up

Issue

When you use TAB to reach the X button on the to-do list section, the button is not visible nor highlighted. This can cause issues with people with disabilities.

How to reproduce

1. Select the input for the to-do section on the page
2. Write something
3. Move to the add button with tab (or with hand no difference)
4. Reach the checkbox for that particular to-do
5. Press tab once more
   You can not see the X button but you can press ENTER to interact with it

Possible fixes

It is possible that the X button was designed to only be activated on hover, there should also be a focus state.
