Allow everyone to skip/pause music

Hello how do I make skip/pause avaible for everyone?

This command can only be used by the person who played the current track or someone who has your guild's DJ role

i've set dj role by command by this doesn't work

I wish to make everyone or specific roles to be able to skip. as @kicekpol123 said , its not working at the moment.
