First of all, the separation of core was very successful. I think the first step is to separate cyber based on the original 8.0. In the past, I wanted to separate all modules, but the workload was too large and needed to be done step by step.

In this way, core not only needs to support bazel but also needs to support cmake, so that the project will be active

In addition, some other core areas that urgently need to be upgraded include fastdds, zero copy, etc.
