Hot Reload doesn't work with Razor Components

Hi,

I really like what you've done here and I want to use Razor Components with Htmx but I find myself falling back to Razor Pages because of hot reload.

I tried running you project locally and also creating my own version but I couldn't find a way to get hot reloading working.

Have you got it working yourself or aware of the issue?
