Webhook not working for some reason

Hello!
I use your library on a Laravel project and I have a couple of questions

1. Is it possible to somehow catch that the user has disabled the bot or not? I didn't find any documentation
2. I can’t understand why the webhook doesn’t return anything on the server

• site address is https
• installed $ php artisan telebot:webhook --setup
• added webhook
