fix simultanious auto-assignment #21
Description
Auto-assignment currently allows for individuals to be scheduled for two events at the same time. Obviously, people should only be assigned to a single event at a time.
USECASE:
As a manager I want to prevent techs from being assigned simultaneous events. So I know there is no ambiguity in the event assignment.
