Use auto generated Prismic types exclusively

What

The Prismic Slice Machine tool in the wellcomecollection.org repo , automatically generates TypeScript types for our Prismic content models.

We automatically copy this file into the content-api repo whenever changes are made.

Currently, we only make limited use of these types so we need to remove the manually generated types in this repo and use the auto generated ones in their place.

Nothing is needed before this work can begin.

Definition of Done

• This repository is only using the auto generated types from the wellcomecollection.org repo
• We no longer cast the worksIds in each of the addressables transformers
• The manually created Prismic types are removed.
