Background

We have a list of Prismic content types that we state: "...are the types we make addressable from Prismic

At first glance this list doesn't look correct.

We also have another different list of addressable content types

As part of the latest content-api work we introduced another similar list in the addressables controller

Task

Use a single source of truth in each place
